  • The SMS SDSH Floor Rail Laser Cutting Machine is a high-end laser cutting equipment developed for the processing needs of extra-large size and heavy-duty sheets. It adopts a structural design of gantry movement + floor rail fixation, breaking through the processing size limitations of traditional laser cutting machines.
  • Equipped with a high-power fiber laser, combined with a high-precision servo drive system and imported guide rails, the equipment can realize continuous cutting of extra-long sheets ranging from 6 meters to 20 meters. It is particularly suitable for heavy-duty sheet processing in industries such as construction machinery, shipbuilding, and steel structures, and features high cutting precision, stable operation, and high processing efficiency.
  • The rails are usually made of heavy cast iron or steel structure, providing an extremely stable foundation for the entire machine tool.
  • Due to its robust structure, the ground track machine is an ideal choice for matching high power lasers (such as above 10,000 watts).

Extra-Large Processing Stroke

With a floor rail structure design, it supports customized processing lengths ranging from 6m to 20m and widths up to 3m to 5m, breaking through the size limitations of traditional equipment.

Heavy-Duty Structural Design

The integral welded machine frame undergoes annealing treatment, and the gantry adopts thickened section steel. It can carry heavy-duty sheets of over 500kg, ensuring stable operation without deformation.

High-Power Laser

It supports high-power fiber lasers ranging from 6000W to 20000W, capable of cutting carbon steel plates below 50mm and stainless steel plates below 30mm in thickness.

Transmission System

It adopts imported high-precision rack and guide rails + servo drive, with a positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm and a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.03mm.

Intelligent Control System

Equipped with an industrial-grade numerical control system, it supports automatic nesting of extra-large graphics, breakpoint resume cutting, and intelligent diagnosis, featuring simple and efficient operation.
