  • The SMS SDSFF series heavy-duty three-chuck laser tube cutting machine is a high-end equipment launched for the heavy-duty tube processing industry. It adopts a 20000W-30000W ultra-high-power fiber laser, and is equipped with a heavy-duty three-chuck centering and clamping system as well as an ultra-heavy-duty welded machine bed. It is specifically designed for high-precision cutting of large-diameter (Φ50-Φ630mm), thick-walled (maximum 40mm) carbon steel/stainless steel tubes.
  • The equipment innovatively adopts three-chuck synchronous centering and clamping technology, which solves the problems of eccentricity and vibration in large-diameter tube processing. Its clamping force is increased to 8000N, and the processing accuracy reaches ±0.03mm. The ultra-heavy-duty machine bed adopts integral welding + aging treatment, which increases its deformation resistance by 150%. It can realize 24-hour continuous heavy-duty processing and is a core processing equipment for industries such as wind power, port machinery, and large-scale steel structures.

Adopting a three-chuck synchronous centering and clamping design, it delivers a clamping force of 8000N, solving the problems of eccentricity and vibration in large-diameter tube processing. With a centering accuracy of ±0.02mm, it is compatible with tubes ranging from Φ50mm to Φ630mm.

Ultra-Heavy-Duty Machine Bed

Featuring an integral welded machine bed + artificial aging treatment, it has a 150% increase in deformation resistance and a weight of 28 tons (28T). This ensures stability during heavy-duty processing and supports 24-hour continuous operation.

Ultra-High-Power Laser

Equipped with a 20000W-30000W ultra-high-power fiber laser, it can easily cut 40mm carbon steel tubes and 25mm stainless steel tubes, with a cutting speed 8 times faster than that of traditional equipment.

Intelligent Anti-Vibration

Built with an intelligent anti-vibration algorithm, it monitors the tube processing status in real time, automatically adjusts cutting parameters and clamping force, and avoids vibration errors during the processing of large-diameter tubes.

Cutting Head for Large

A customized cutting head with a large stroke, it has a focusing range of 150mm. It is suitable for cutting special-shaped openings and intersecting lines of large-diameter tubes, and supports multi-angle bevel cutting (0-45°).
