Light Pole shut welding machine
- It is suitable for the welding of street light pole, with round shape and no deformation, and no burning through during welding.
- Full CNC, full servo, 3 sets of presser feet, which can be automatically adjusted with the change of the pole diameter taper. The side presser foot can be adjusted in the taper direction of the pole.
- There is no hydraulic system to avoid oil leakage and greatly reduce maintenance
Pole Straightening machine
- It is for straightening the street light pole ，high mast pole after welding and hot dip galvanizing process.
High mast assembly & straightening machine
- The three hydraulic cylinder clamping two pieces parts of high mast and do spot welding process.
- Press the high mast to make the bottom area round shape, in order to assemble the bottom flange.
- Press the high mast for straightening after welding or after hot dip galvanizing process.
