- The SMS SDW series handheld laser welding machine is a portable laser welding device launched to meet the welding needs of small-batch and special-shaped workpieces. It consists of a fiber laser generator, a chiller, a handheld welding head, and an optional wire feeder. With a power range of 1500W-3000W, it is suitable for welding metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and brass with a thickness of 0.3-8mm.
- The device innovatively adopts an oscillating welding head design, with an adjustable weld width (0-5mm), which solves the pain point of difficult alignment in traditional laser welding. Equipped with an intelligent human-machine interaction system, welding parameters can be called up with one click, and new operators can get started after 1 hour of training. Compared with traditional TIG welding, its welding efficiency is increased by 3-5 times, and consumable costs are reduced by 80%, making it the first choice for small and medium-sized processing enterprises to upgrade their welding operations.
