More Than A Press Brake
A servo - driven hydraulic system engineered around the bending process
SBK combines servo-driven pump technology, hydraulic power and CNC control into one coordinated bending system.
Hydraulic output is matched to the actual requirements of each bending cycle, supporting efficient operation, fast response and consistent positioning.
How the servo pump hybrid hydraulic system Works ?
Two Pumps. Coordinated Control.
A servo motor drives the hydraulic pump, adjusting the pump’s speed, flow rate, and pressure according to the actual requirements of the bending process.

Energy Management
The SBK Series adjusts servo pump operation according to the hydraulic requirements of each bending phase, supporting efficient energy use and responsive machine operation.
Energy When Needed.Output Matched to the Process.

Why servo pump hybrid press brake ?
Power When Needed. Efficiency by Design.
The SBK Series combines servo-driven pump technology with hydraulic power and CNC control to deliver hydraulic output according to the actual requirements of each bending cycle.
Instead of relying on continuous fixed-speed pump operation, the servo pump system adjusts motor speed to match changing demands for hydraulic flow.

01/Conventional hydruali system
Continuous Operation
In conventional fixed-speed hydraulic configurations, the motor may continue running even when full hydraulic output is not required.
- Continuous pump operation in applicable configurations
- Potential throttling and overflow losses
- Heat generated during hydraulic operation
- Energy consumption during idle periods

02/SBK servo pump hybrid system
Demand-Based Hydraulic Output
The servo motor adjusts pump speed according to the hydraulic output required by the bending process.
- Variable-speed pump control
- Hydraulic flow matched to process demand
- Potentially reduced idle energy consumption
- Reduced unnecessary hydraulic losses
- Responsive adjustment of pump speed

*Actual savings depend on machine configuration, workload, bending cycle, material and operating conditions. Use this claim only when supported by relevant test data.
Key Advantages
The Advantages of servo pump control technology
Energy Efficiency
Shorter Cycle Time
Fast response
Lower Hydraulic Heat
Energy When Needed.
Output matched to th eprocess.By matching pump operation to the required flow and pressure, the system can reduce unnecessary energy consumption during lower-demand periods, depending on the machine configuration and operating conditions.
Cycle-Based Hydraulic Control
Servo pump operation can adapt to changing hydraulic requirements throughout the bending cycle, helping reduce unnecessary energy consumption under suitable operating conditions.
Power demand over time
Pump operation responds to changing hydraulic demand.
Manged hydraulic heat
Reducing unnecessary hydraulic losses can help limit heat generation, depending on system design, workload and duty cycle.
