Integrated welding machine structure
At the time of welding of large components, double “X” groove and automatic submerged arc welding are adopted. During welding, both sides of components are alternately welded to avoid welding deformation. At the weld joints, there is no welding defect such as undercut, pore, crack, etc.. After welding, the components will be detected for any defect.
High temperature annealing aging treatment technology is adopted for machining of the large components, to eliminate welding stress and to ensure accuracy and stabilization of the machined components.
Method of once clamping machining with large floor type boring-milling machine and flexible gantry machining center is adopted for machining of the body frames, to ensure accuracy of machining of the components.
Slider synchronization control
The Y1~Y2 axes are the independent motion parameters of the two oil cylinders controlled by the CNC system. The oil cylinders at both ends of the machine tool are equipped with independent oil supply systems, which are composed of two-way oil pumps driven by servo motors.
The machine's anti-eccentric load capacity
The pump control system of this machine is a position control system, which dynamically detects the synchronization error of the slider through the grating ruler, and corrects the synchronization error of the slider by the servo motor signal given by the numerical control system, so that the slider is completely eccentric. It can always be kept parallel to the workbench in the case of eccentric load, so it can work under partial load

Front Sheet Follower Supports System
